Renewal
A trademark is valid for 10 years, after which it is due for renewal. A trademark can be renewed from and including one year before the end of a 10 year period.
It is also possible, on payment of a fee, to renew a trademark up to 6 months after its expiry date. Under our management tabs will naturally be kept on your rights to ensure that no renewals are missed.
