Objections
The holder of the rights to a previously registered trademark may object to a later trademark, if they consider that it may be confused with their own. Objections must be issued within two or three months of registration/publication.
This deadline depends on which office deals with the trademark case. We will help you to respond to any objections received relating to your trademark. We will also help deal with objections if you consider that someone is infringing your rights.
