E-mail backup

What happens to all your e-mail if your own mail server crashes or your connection fails? We have a service which secures traffic in the event of breakdowns, storing and forwarding information 24 hours a day all year round to ensure that no information is lost.

If your e-mail server is not accessible because of a breakdown or cable failure, our platform takes care of your arriving mail, storing the information on secure, stable servers. As soon as your company's e-mail server reconnects to the internet all the e-mail is transferred to it.

Period
When e-mail ends up on the backup servers it is stored there for 7 days before being removed, after which the sender is sent a message saying that it could not be delivered.

Access to stored and forwarded e-mail
In the event of prolonged breakdowns and you need immediate access to information we can set up an account from which you can retrieve all stored and forwarded information from an optional e-mail client. The service works equally as well whether you have your own name server, have your server with us or another provider.
