Warning letters
In the event of an infringement having taken place a warning letter to the owner may be enough to secure you ownership of the domain.
A warning letter is frequently a much more cost-effective alternative than entering directly into a dispute, for which reason we often recommend a warning letter as the first course of action. In connection with a warning letter we provide information about the use of the domain name, meta tags and other data in order to prove, at a later date, that it has been used in bad faith.
