Why do we have to pay if we do not want to retain the service?

This is usually because the service is based on a contract and has to be cancelled if you no longer require it. This means that the service has been provided when you receive your invoice and needs to be paid. Do not forget to cancel the service so that it is not renewed again.

Why is VAT included on our invoice when we live within the EU?

You must have a valid VAT number to avoid paying VAT on invoices if you are a workplace within the EU (Except Sweden). Please contact us if you wish to give us your VAT number.
 

Can we change the currency on our invoices?

Yes, just tell us which currency you wish to be invoiced in.
 

What happens if we do not pay our invoice?

In the unlikely event of you forgetting to pay your invoice you will be sent a reminder. If you still do not pay your invoice it will be sent for collection.
 

Can we receive our invoice by ordinary mail?

Yes, let us know and we will arrange it.
 

Can we receive our invoice by e-mail?

Yes, when you become a customer with us you will automatically receive your invoices by e-mail.
 

How do we cancel our domains?

.se and .eu must be cancelled in writing before the 25th of the month in which the domain expires.
co.uk must be cancelled in writing before the 10th of the month before the domain expires.

As far as other country domains are concerned, cancellation must reach us 120 days at the latest before the domain expires
General domain names expire automatically if you choose not to renew them.

You get an Account Manager with whom you have regular contact and who keeps you up to date with news and focuses on your portfolio. Your contact person looks after everything related to renewals and administration. This is to keep your workload to a minimum.
