It is extremely important for us to provide professional personal contact. With positive energy, customer understanding and mutual objectivity I am sure that, together with my customers, I achieve the required standard of IT security solutions and trademark management. My customer portfolio is incredibly broad, from multinationals to small start-ups. It is a great way to keep yourself up to date and to engender innovation, as the working methods of different customers vary tremendously. This means that I also develop and can take good ideas with me to my other work.
Functioning as the spider in the network between the different business areas in the group and customers’ requirements means that I can simply and pedagogically minimise lead times and simplify administration for my customers. In my day-to-day work I can help develop, support and provide proactive thinking when it comes to optimising the job in the context of these issues. I always work on the basis of what experience has taught the business and adapt myself in accordance with the concept. For me, it is always important to work in accordance with our values and to be able to deliver what I have promised our customers and to maintain the required seriousness.
There is no such thing as being fully trained, so I attach great importance to personal development because the internet and intellectual property rights are constantly being updated. These are some of the basic cornerstones of my work as an Account Manager at Qpol.
